Coronavirus fair living feeling negative but giving my Self room to feel negative I know there's a lot of resources online a lot of wonderful people I'm not alone it's OK we're going to be OK that's my mantra

Every New York City government agency that supposed to police the police forwarded my case to Internal Affairs to die that is the NYPD Inspector General, the commission to Combat police corruption, and the civilian complaint review Board so they all saw something very wrong but they're not required to follow through with Internal Affairs which would put more pressure on Internal Affairs to stop breaking laws protecting crimes and Civil rights violations NYFBI protects Internal Affairs is participating in breaking laws obstructing justice and violating my civil rights.
With coronavirus a pandemic how do you think I feel having to rely on the medical community and the NYPD that don't have ethics and aren't properly police and monitored and held accountable?
I was trying to make a short YouTube but I got stuck in the Trauma loop over and over and over so you see me falling back into the Trauma loop but in the meantime I'm eating whole food plant-based oil free and continuing to lose weight I'm exercising I'm using this time in every way to help myself possible and I'm part of a global community that is focused on healing prayer and optimism.
That being said it's hard for me to get to that place but I'm just so grateful there's so many people that are offering free services and if I take a class that the classes are not thousands of dollars they are affordable.
When you're stuck in PTSD chronic insomnia you're stuck in fight and flight so it's hard it's like being in constant shock constantly stressed it's just been too much and I do find myself praying that the people that I've done evil cruel things to me that they get theirs.
It's been so long and I need my health and my health is now at its most vulnerable with coronavirus threat at age almost 58 and not having slept much, October 1 will be eight years of reliving this trauma because the doctors office continues to lie continues to be unethical and show no remorse that's Dr. Andrew Fagelman's office an unethical liar he's not shy about committing perjury even trying to lie that it didn't happen on his property when he did and he's protected like he's Jeffrey Epstein and he's got lots of NYPD patients do the math. I will tell you he's a disgrace to the medical community but in New York it doesn't seem to really matter that it's OK to break laws to commit perjury if you're a doctor or a police officer that seems to be their attitude? Many of the people involved in wrongdoing took us in fact probably all of them did except for the woman who did the running punch to my head and all of them don't understand lying is wrong that lying under oath perjury is a crime and that they should be held accountable everyone who conspired to make me drop charges against my will everyone that's conspire to make sure they're not held accountable when they get their karma.
It's sad I can't focus on healing from the moment she did a running punched my head hurt my head my eye I couldn't heal instead more damage from years of lying gaslighting years of trying to convince me it's my fault. That is their bad karma and the City of New York protected all crimes even lying and legal proceedings for the NYPD that broke laws in violating my civil rights and that's more evil and wrongdoing and the city owes me apology and hast to make amends when there's someone with integrity and position of power and so far there's zero under Bloomberg and NOW Deblasio zero integrity.
Many people believe that they will get their karma.

The potatoes are my favorite up session right now, the oil free air fried with onions salt and if you have high blood pressure you would not put salt on anything and lots of lots of garlic powder and taste delicious.

From Bloomberg to de Blasio How many top cops involved in our case is protecting NYPD breaking laws making Crimes disappear for the Rich for the connected for themselves including my case and they think they're going to get away with it it just knocks me out every time I think of this and I worked on this YouTube and it just exhausted me but I show you how I cope but I also cope with this prayer because these people did their evil they broke laws made money when they should've been held accountable and harassed me on my line even certain individuals violent threats during an open investigation and that's a crime as well that I believe has no statute of limitations as do many of the crimes in my case.
Psalm 92 says it all for me did they think they're going to get away with it they mocked me there laughing from the doctor mocking me to the newest police commissioner protecting crimes Commissioner Dermont Shea ha ha they're laughing do was Harvey Weinstein and Jeffrey Epstein as all the perps in ny case like them 0 remorse....
I can't even think about the coronavirus on some level although I hoarded food that was horrible feeling I love cooking though I love cooking I love being part of the amazing global movement to heal to be positive and share but I'm just haunted because I don't have justice because I wasn't safe at a doctors and NYPD joined and breaking laws and who am I supposed to rely on the medical community in law-enforcement are you kidding me how many of us have had our civil rights violated were victims of them committing crimes and their Teflon like pedophile priests or like Jeffrey Epstein who is never arrested by the NYPD the DA just like my case all the criminals Teflon protected but in my case NYPD caught breaking laws protected by Internal Affairs just like they protected sex crimes Lieutenant lamboy breaking the law - some are the very same top cops!
Well Harvey Weinstein got coronavirus but I don't want him to die from it I want him to live in jail for the rest of his life.
I was at a doctors office my life was robbed from me my health my life taken!
Google Dr Hadden - He sexually assaulted at least 19 patients he's an obstetrician he's not in jail and he's not on the sex offender registry and now there's 50 people that have come out accusing him but he was enabled by the Manhattan DA the DA that protected all crimes in my case discriminating against me protecting crimes from the doctors to the NYPD the same DA Cy Vance an Jeffrey Epstein enabler w/ the media that is not asking the names of the NYPD that told Epstein to ignore judge because I alleged like my case it goes all the way to the top top NYPD Bloomberg and now the Blasio administration....
