Hi good morning it's a beautiful day but chilly… I'm not as optimistic as governor Cuomo is in fact I'm concerned about reoccurrences with new forms of the virus. I was savagely assaulted violated at the doctors my left shoulder was torn my neck was greatly harmed I had to get my eye repaired. One of the people that was key and helping me heal and find movement back in my arm it's an Australian physical therapist and you can watch her video below it's super short and easy -/ it's great for the neck and the shoulders also nice stretch for the hamstring when you straighten your leg if you pay attention!!!!
